Corporate Deposits Product Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the Corporate Banking Payments Strategy, concept to execution
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and written communications for executive leadership and key stakeholders regarding corporate banking payment strategies, execution, and performance
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
Translate insights into product development and growth strategies
Partner with internal teams (Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Finance) to integrate offerings and maximize client value
Identify, and document key use cases and processes to convert into requirements for Technology and Digital teams
Project management of new products from pilot through launch
Draft client communications and collaborate with cross functional partners to develop and implement got to market strategy
Maintain and update policies and procedures as needed to accurately reflect changes and enhancements to Deposit Products
Set up service model in partnership with Operations
Provide technical requirements and coordinate build with technology and digital teams
Adapt to shifting priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in fast-paced environments typical of corporate banking
Coordinate with multiple risk teams and ensure robust governance via New Product Approval committees
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Commercial or Business Banking Payments Product management
Deep Knowledge of corporate treasury and cash management processes
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, strategic initiatives with challenging deadlines
BA/BS required
Expertise in conveying complex banking and financial issues to decision-makers
Strong ability to switch contexts, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change
Analytical & strategic thinker able to define and evaluate alternatives, problem solve, and translate goals into specific project tasks
Excellent relationship building capabilities with internal and external partners to build consensus, drive solutions
Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills, with ability to put together cohesive, senior management-ready decks. Including proficiency is MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word)
Proficient in market research, tool utilization, and business analysis, including ROI case studies and transformation business cases
Thrives in high-pressure and challenging business environments often working under challenging timelines
Display entrepreneurial initiative and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent data management skills
