Responsibilities

Lead new practices through Dandy’s onboarding program, helping them ramp up quickly and effectively

Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and on-site, tailored to the learning styles and structure of each practice

Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows, offering hands-on coaching during live sessions

Build credibility and clinical trust that drives confidence and early adoption

Take ownership of each launch, ensuring practices achieve key milestones from day one

Serve as a trusted coach post-launch, helping practices refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers

Monitor early scan quality and deliver clear, constructive feedback to drive technique improvement

Identify gaps in product usage and offer targeted follow-up to close them

Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure order success

Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share insights and improve the customer journey

Recognize early wins and celebrate progress to build practice confidence and momentum
