Responsibilities
Support the administrative coordinator in all administrative tasks related to the project
Perform administrative tasks related to project contracting, including requesting quotes, receiving orders, checking delivery notes, and reviewing invoices
Manage documentation related to Zelestra and subcontracted personnel for validation through the document platform
Maintain and organise the project's document archive
Qualification
Required
Vocational training in Administration or a university degree in Administration or a related field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
At least 1 year of proven administrative experience, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sector
