ReturnPro is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency across their internal reporting infrastructure. The Cost Accountant will manage vendor reconciliations, perform client invoicing, and support financial analysis to enhance decision-making and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and provide vendor and service reconciliations and perform client invoicing monthly

Perform monthly client accruals to hit month-end deadlines

Maintain sales and service reporting to support accurate customer billing and proper revenue recognition

Execute day-to-day revenue and accounts receivable management activities

Provide support and documentation for customer audit requests

Produce financial analysis reports to support the department and FP&A decision-making

Perform cost allocation and conduct cost-reduction analyses to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies

Support preparation of strategic plans, annual budgets, and financial forecasts

Develop and maintain process documentation for compliance, balance sheet tracking, training, and operational continuity

Utilize accounting software tools to automate reporting, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across functions

Complete additional requests from Accounting Management and the Chief Financial Officer as directed

Perform other related duties as needed to support the growing needs of the business
