Responsibilities

Develop and implement technical solutions through all aspects of the software development life cycle
Support large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics
Participate in technical milestone reviews, code architecture sessions, resource estimation, and best practices knowledge transfer

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field
7+ years of experience in software development
Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint
Proficiency integrating third-party components and developing custom capabilities
Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle
Experience with large-scale data processing and advanced analytics
Ability to implement process improvements and automation
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance

Preferred

Knowledge of FISA Management System (FISAMS), Enterprise Briefing System (EBS), and Bridge connectivity
Experience with technical project reviews, code architecture, and resource estimation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to transfer knowledge and mentor team members
