Responsibilities
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing various legal documents, including contracts, corporate records, litigation-related documents, and project-related correspondence
Support Contracts Manager with transactional matters, ongoing contract administration, litigation needs and insurance and licensure compliance matters
Maintain and update document management systems, ensuring accuracy and version control
Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and timely processing of legal documents
Assist with internal policy documentation
Prepare correspondence for and communicate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and outside counsel
Support general administrative duties within the Legal department as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, document formatting and management, and general legal processes
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
Preferred
Paralegal Certificate preferred
3–5 years of paralegal experience in a smaller law firm or corporate in-house legal department is a plus
Prior experience in contract or transactional law strongly preferred
An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
