Responsibilities
Lead, manage and work on complex matrimonial and family law cases from start to finish
Provide hands-on mentorship and supervision to associates, clerks, and paralegals
Shape and oversee the firm’s litigation strategy, systems, and professional standards
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, handle hearings, trials, and appeals
Partner with the Founder on firm strategy, growth, and attorney development
Foster client relationships built on integrity, transparency, and trust
Qualification
Required
10–12+ years of experience in New York divorce and family law litigation
Excellent courtroom, writing, and negotiation skills
High emotional intelligence, ethics, and professionalism
Excellent reputation in the NYC legal community
Loves the practice of law and courtroom advocacy
Finds fulfillment in mentoring, teaching, and developing others
Wants to help design and elevate a firm's legal culture and standards
Thrives in a collaborative, boutique environment
