Responsibilities
Develop process flows using Visio or Lucidchart
Work within Jira and Confluence for documentation, requirements, and workflow tracking
Perform operational analysis across different business units to identify issues, gather requirements, and translate needs into technical solutions
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Engage with executive-level stakeholders — strong presentation and communication skills are critical
Qualification
Required

Prior BA experience with Cox Communications is highly preferred
