CEAE Undergraduate Teaching Fellow
The Center for Public Partnerships & Research is seeking Undergraduate Teaching Fellows at the University of Kansas to support faculty instructors in undergraduate engineering courses. The role involves enhancing student learning through engagement during class sessions and assisting faculty with classroom activities.

Responsibilities
Enhance student learning by actively engaging with students during class sessions, providing guidance and support to help them achieve mastery of key concepts
Assist faculty in facilitating classroom activities such as group work, collaborative problem-solving, and other interactive exercises that promote student learning and engagement in core engineering courses
Qualification
Required
Must have taken the specified course or an equivalent class and earned at least a ‘B' in the course, as indicated in application materials
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, as indicated in application materials
The job requires physical or virtual presence in the course (approx. 3 hours/week for a 3-credit course) and may demand approx. 2 hours/week outside of the class
Preferred
Teaching/Tutoring experience at a university/college setting, as indicated in application materials
Earned an ‘A' in course, as indicated in application materials
