Responsibilities

Work directly with IT Staff members, 3rd Party Vendors and Kingsview Employees to complete assigned projects by the agreed due dates

Constant Communication of Updates or Status of ongoing assignments

General IT responsibilities as assigned

Document and record project details and assignments

Input documents and keep databases up to date

Respond to advisor or client inquiries on technical questions via phone, email, chat, or ticket

Reviews and signs material, as authorized

Various industry-specific tasks

As an exempt full-time employee of Kingsview Partners LLC you may be expected to work various days and hours according to business needs. This includes but is not limited to expedited travel with short notice
