Drafting first party discovery responses and preparing materials for production, including appropriate redactions

Qualification

Required

1-5 years of prior litigation or paralegal experience

No Fault experience and knowledge of the civil litigation process

Ability to proactively manage a high volume of discovery and production material preparation with a detail-oriented focus

Demonstrated legal knowledge in the practice of litigation, specifically discovery

Familiarity with Michigan court rules and procedures

Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, prioritize workload, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively

Strong written communication skills, attention to detail

Strong software/technical skills

Working knowledge of a Case Management system

Working Knowledge of a Document Storage system

Prior litigation or paralegal experience, paralegal degree/certificate/certification, medical training, or relevant coursework or legal studies degree
