Responsibilities
The Coordinator of Legal Administration provides essential administrative support to the Legal Services Center of Excellence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across legal and organizational functions
This role plays a key role in processing contracts, acts as the primary liaison to the Member Service Center and contributes to a wide range of administrative responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
3 years (or 7 years in lieu of a degree) with general office/administration experience
Knowledge of general office procedures and processes
Familiar with office equipment
Must have verbal communication, writing, collaboration, a self-starter, results-focused, prioritization, attention to detail skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in M365
Preferred
Association experience
Good listener with an inquisitive nature, wanting to understand a process and reasons for what is done, and the confidence to offer suggestions to improve the process
