Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads, including those from manufacturing partners
Collaborate with outside sales to identify and pursue larger opportunities
Manage specialty programs such as Consignment and Short-Dated Selling
Analyze gaps and trends to drive sales growth and margin improvement
Facilitate deal modeling, pricing negotiations, and competitive intelligence gathering
Partner with manufacturers and internal teams (Sourcing, Inventory, Finance, etc.) to optimize product offerings and customer solutions
Support pharmacy personnel with product awareness and decision-making
Participate in On Call rotation and specialty product allocation
Conduct market research and attend site visits/conferences as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong multitasking, communication and troubleshooting skills
Experience in sales reporting and relationship building
Attention to detail
Preferred
A minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred
Healthcare and specialty product knowledge is a plus
