Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure using Tivoli products like IBM Spectrum Protect, TSM, and IWS
Analyze and define IT system needs, ensuring consistency with enterprise technical architecture
Develop and implement automated solutions, including cloud integration and containerization
Design and develop high availability and disaster recovery strategies
Perform security patching, software upgrades, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Provide training and support for users
Expertise in specific Tivoli products (e.g., Spectrum Protect, IWS, APM)
Experience with related technologies (e.g., AIX, Linux, VMware, Windows)
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networking, and security standards
Proficiency in Tivoli Operation Center
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and ten (10) years of related experience required
Work experience may substitute for education requirement
