GTM Engineer
Latent is focused on building a world-class go-to-market engine and is seeking a GTM Engineer who will function like a product manager for the GTM organization. The role involves designing and implementing internal tools and systems to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the GTM team, while also analyzing and structuring raw data to drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities
Work horizontally across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales
Understand how GTM work actually gets done today
Design and ship internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products that 10× the output of the GTM team
Use AI, workflow design, and lightweight tooling to turn messy, high-volume information into clean, repeatable, measurable motion
Turn that raw GTM noise into a structured, compounding system that points to areas each person needs to focus on, that day, and makes marketing, sales, and solutions smarter with every interaction
Expand scope across events and webinars, account-based motions, paid/owned channels, product marketing, partnerships, sales playbook automation, pipeline diagnostics and forecasting workflows
Ensure every GTM contributor operates at their highest possible level
Full lifecycle ownership of internal 'products' from discovery to iteration
Building internal tools, automations, and micro-products using no-code / low-code / light code tools
Design systems that ingest customer conversations, workflow insights, content and messaging, campaign performance, pipeline and forecast signals, competitive notes
Run experiments that move real numbers, prototype, instrument, and measure experiments that improve top-of-funnel reach, personalization and segmentation, speed to lead, conversion by stage, rep productivity, cycle time
Qualification
Required
Experience in building internal tools, automations, and micro-products using no-code / low-code / light code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, Retool, Webflow, scripts, AI agents)
Ability to turn raw GTM noise into a structured, compounding system
Experience with full lifecycle ownership of internal products from discovery to iteration
Fluency in data and comfort with pulling from Salesforce, Gong, Notion, analytics tools, spreadsheets, and content repositories
Strong focus on outcomes, with a desire to move charts and real numbers
Ability to work cross-functionally with various roles including SDRs, AEs, Account Managers, and CPO-level executives
Creative mindset with a willingness to generate ideas, test them quickly, and iterate without ego
Strong understanding of GTM processes and the ability to design systems that improve GTM functions
Experience running experiments that improve top-of-funnel reach, personalization, segmentation, speed to lead, conversion by stage, and rep productivity
