Responsibilities
Work with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategic advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions
Work closely with professionals throughout the firm to deliver high quality advice to our clients
Play an important role on a team that includes senior professionals who will encourage you to go beyond the numbers and think creatively
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience in investment banking or capital markets is required
Extraordinarily high level of motivation, focus on work quality, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and decision-making abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
Analytical, quantitative, adaptive, hungry, a self-starter, a leader, a team player, a multitasker, and a results-oriented individual
Interest in developing a career in investment banking
Top education credentials: a Bachelor's degree is required
Series licensing or must obtain
