Responsibilities
Support the development of the technical vision and roadmap for Disruption Containment tooling
Conduct research on emerging technologies and assess feasibility for integration into OCC systems
Collaborate with product owners and architects to align delivery with strategic goals
Partner with OCC leaders, IT leadership, and cross divisional stakeholders to gather and refine disruption containment technology requirements
Assist in defining use cases, capabilities, business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
Contribute to the scoping and shaping of simulation platforms and digital twin capabilities
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation in operational reliability
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or analytics
Familiarity with AI/ML, simulation, and optimization technologies
Strong research and synthesis skills with ability to communicate complex ideas
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or Business
Experience with airline operations and OCC technology platforms
Background in enterprise architecture or product ownership of analytics tools
