Responsibilities
Troubleshooting, diagnoses and repair of all POS and POS related equipment, including- point of sale terminals, impact printers, thermal printers, ink jet printers, servers, network switches, routers, workstations and all kitchen video related equipment
Refurbishment of equipment and assuring quality is up to standard
Meet the required weekly standard of production
Qualification
Required
Has firm understanding of basic electronics and a well-developed troubleshooting process
Proficient with basic hand tools
Learning Orientated
Strong problem solving/analysis skills
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Positive Attitude
Team orientated, able to work well with others
The ability to take direction and stay level headed in an environment that can become high pressure at times
High level of attention to detail is a must
Preferred
Some college coursework in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
Have a solid grasp on PC hardware and troubleshooting skills, Point of Sale is a huge plus but not required
