Responsibilities
Implementing, testing, and training internal partners with updated or new software’s for Trust systems
Handle the communication for software vendor updates within Trust systems
Assist with process improvement and conversions

This role focuses on ensuring software capabilities for lines of business are being met while identifying efficiencies for the department
Design and develop dashboards, self-service tools, reports, data models, and scalable ad-hoc reporting
Create best practices, document, and maintain proven procedures
Maintain accurate system and System Development Lifecycle documentation
Collaborate with business leaders to understand business challenges that will benefit from analytics support
Proactively analyze systems and output through self-initiated curiosity with an eye for operational improvement
Partner with technical services teams to design technical solution to meet the business requirements
Drive user adoption by developing best practices for systems
Prepare and present trainings and provide consultative support to end users
Construct test cases, develop test scripts and facilitate appropriate testing (unit, integration, system, QA, UAT)
Act as system liaison between UMB users of business application systems and the technical services group responsible for support
Other duties as assigned
You will use problem solving skills to determine what action needs to be taken to ensure software’s are operating smoothly and efficiently
You will need strong communication skills to make a positive experience for external partners and internal partners
You will have strong attention to detail to ensure correct information is utilized across all responsibilities
Qualification
Required
3-5 years Business Systems Analysis or operations support experience
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Preferred
Secondary degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent education and work experience
