Wisnik Career Enterprises is seeking a Legal Recruiting and Personnel Coordinator for their New York Office of an International Law Firm. The role involves supporting legal recruiting operations, managing the Summer Associate Program, and coordinating various attorney programs and events.

Responsibilities
Support legal recruiting operations, including law school outreach, on-campus and in-office interview scheduling, interviewer coordination, feedback collection, and hiring committee support
Design and manage the Summer Associate Program, including orientation, mentoring, work assignment systems, evaluations, social programming, and diversity initiatives
Compile, analyze, and report personnel and recruiting data for surveys, firm metrics, committees, and strategic decision-making
Plan and execute attorney programs and events, such as trainings, orientations, firmwide meetings, and programming
Coordinate onboarding for new attorneys and lateral hires, ensuring smooth orientation, effective communication, and continuous process improvement
Coordinate core legal personnel processes, including semi-annual evaluations, attorney arrivals and departures, leave tracking, monthly compliance reporting, and maintaining accurate personnel records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, with at least 1–3 years of experience in legal recruiting, attorney personnel, or a professional services environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with excellent time management and initiative in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys and staff at all levels
Demonstrated data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret varied information and generate logical conclusions or recommendations
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment, particularly when handling sensitive attorney personnel and recruitment matters
Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with talent management or applicant tracking systems (such as viDesktop, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or LawCruit)
