Responsibilities

Responsible for organizing the preparation of company infrastructure operations and maintenance related policies, standards, and processes

Responsible for organizing the deployment of the company's IT infrastructure on-premise and in the Cloud, including switches, servers, networks, data centers, etc

Responsible for organizing the operation, maintenance, and daily monitoring of company physical servers, virtual servers, and supporting systems on-premise and in the Cloud

Responsible for organizing server monitoring, daily backups, and recovery

Responsible for planning, implementing, daily management and training of sub-systems in Microsoft 365 platform, such as Entra ID, Defender, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Intune, etc

Responsible for organizing the planning, layout, daily management, and inspection of company data centers and their equipment

Responsible for organizing the planning and implementation of company network construction, overseeing the use of network and supporting equipment

Responsible for organizing the design, installation, and maintenance of the company's weak current systems

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

More than 5 years of IT work experience, with over 3 years of experience in the management of medium to large-scale infrastructure operations and maintenance

Proficient in the maintenance and management of mainstream servers and operating systems such as Windows, Linux and virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V

Proficient in the maintenance and management of products on Microsoft 365 platform, such as SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, etc

Familiar with common system and network monitoring tools, able to optimize system performance and troubleshoot faults

Possesses related certifications, such as Associate or Expert certification from Microsoft for Azure or Microsoft 365/RHCE/VCP etc
