Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow engineers building the AI backbone of the platform
Own the technical design and delivery of high-availability AI services
Set engineering standards for model deployment, orchestration, and evaluation
Partner with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions
Stay ahead of AI infrastructure trends and bring the right ones into production

Required

8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in technical leadership or management
Experience running distributed systems, APIs, and production services at scale
Strong knowledge of AI/ML architecture, including LLM integration, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
Proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, Java, Python) and cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
Track record of delivering in structured engineering environments with quality gates

Preferred

Experience in fintech or regulated industries
Familiarity with MLOps, experiment tracking, and evaluation tooling
