Working closely with Branch Lenders/President to agree upon strategies that deliver on Branch profitability
Adhering to and delivering communications concerning all branch activities in accordance with bank strategies, policies, and procedures through regular staff meetings
Hiring and management of staff
Qualification
Required
Experience in administration and efficient daily operation of a branch
Strong operational integrity
Relationship sales management skills

Ability to expand customer relationships
Skills in positively influencing and developing staff
