Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with retail energy brokers and channel partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sales needs, pricing requests, and opportunity management
Drive indirect sales growth
Ensure accurate and timely communication of pricing, contracting requirements, and value propositions
Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, and operations teams to deliver seamless partner experiences
Maintain reporting of partner activity, pipeline development, and performance metrics
Support development of partner programs, incentive structures, and go-to-market strategy
Represent Gridmatic Retail at industry events, conferences, and in partner-facing meetings
Gather feedback from the broker community to influence product enhancements and competitive positioning

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in retail electricity sales, with at least 2 years focused on managing broker or channel partnerships
Strong understanding of retail electricity products, pricing structures, and competitive landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple partner relationships and navigate complex deal cycles
Data-driven mindset with familiarity in working with analytics teams
High degree of ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking
A partner-centric approach with the ability to build trust and long-term collaboration
Skill in translating energy concepts into clear, compelling partner messaging
Bias toward action and comfort operating in a fast-moving, innovative environment
Passion for advancing smart, data-driven energy solutions in the commercial and industrial sector
