Responsibilities
Partner closely with engineering throughout the ideation, build, and launch of features and products
Collaborate with customers, sales engineers, and partners to promote adoption and ensure successful customer experiences
Translate customer insights into tangible product improvements, and directly impacting the product roadmap
Take ownership of technical challenges, working multi-functionally to triage and resolve product issues in partnership with engineering and support teams
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in IT administration, technical marketing, sales engineering, technical support, or a related field
Strong background in networking, security, and cloud technologies. Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure is preferred
Practical experience with Linux systems administration and scripting (such as Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or similar languages)
Proficient in debugging sophisticated tasks and solving technical issues
Preferred
Proven experience in product development and execution within a technical domain
Skilled in using SQL and other data analysis tools to support data-driven decision making
Familiarity with video streaming technologies and embedded Linux
Strong ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical audiences; experience with technical writing is beneficial
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, creative approach to solving technical challenges
Proven track record to collaborate effectively with diverse groups, including customer support, partners, sales, and systems engineering
