Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of control systems for automated manufacturing processes
Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to optimize production efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new equipment installations and upgrades
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all controls work
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance staff

Qualification

Required

Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and HMI development
Strong understanding of industrial automation, instrumentation, and process control
Experience with SCADA systems and networked control architectures
Knowledge of electrical schematics, panel design, and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
