Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, current processes, and operational goals
Translate business needs into clear, structured, and comprehensive requirements (user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria) adapted to clienteling solutions and Salesforce capabilities
Collaborate closely with technical teams (Salesforce, web, mobile) to design solutions aligned with business expectations and platform best practices
Support the validation of prototypes, mockups, and delivered features, ensuring functional consistency throughout the project lifecycle
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, developers, designers, and project managers
Clarify requirements, manage change requests, and ensure all parties maintain a shared understanding of objectives, constraints, and dependencies
Analyze and model existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement
Recommend enhancements to improve user experience, streamline operations, and maximize the value of clienteling or Salesforce-based solutions
Examine data models, integrations, and information flows between Salesforce, clienteling mobile applications, and other connected systems
Identify impacts of functional changes on data, interfaces, and downstream systems, ensuring overall architectural coherence
Write or validate functional test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
Participate in testing activities (UAT, SIT) to ensure that delivered features meet business needs and quality standards
Contribute to change management efforts by preparing user documentation, functional guides, training materials, or demonstration sessions
Support end users during onboarding and collect feedback to ensure successful adoption of new solutions
Identify opportunities to enhance business processes or improve the usage of Salesforce and clienteling tools
Stay informed on industry trends, Salesforce's new features, and client feedback to propose refinements that increase efficiency and business value

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in clienteling platforms
Experience in Salesforce implementations is a plus
Strong experience with KPI development, including process change and performance tracking
Proven experience working with Jira and Confluence
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Comfortable working with Excel to validate formulas and calculations
Ability to write functional specifications and work with developers to implement solutions
Exposure to Project Management tasks and planning, with the ability to work autonomously
Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with enterprise clients
Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and with clients to drive results
