Pathway Capital Management is a leading provider of private equity, private credit, and infrastructure portfolio solutions. They are seeking a dedicated part-time Partnership Accountant to join their growing team, responsible for reviewing financial statements and analyzing investment accounts.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret quarterly financial statements of investments
Analyze activity in investment accounts and thoroughly document findings and conclusions
Identify, review and analyze activity of capital accounts related to alternative investment vehicles
Record accurate capital account information within the investment database

Qualification

Required

Knowledge of accounting, GAAP and financial reporting concepts
Analyzing financial reporting information
Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
Multitasking on duties with varying levels of priority
Strong financial reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A collaborative, team-oriented approach
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience
Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week

Preferred

Experience in private equity, private credit, or investment funds is a plus
