Responsibilities
Originate and execute Trade & Working Capital Finance transactions for Diversified Industrials clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Treasurers, and Heads of Procurement
Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions across supply chain finance, receivables finance, and other working capital products
Collaborate with product, credit, and coverage teams to structure and close complex transactions
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic account planning
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform client strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or product origination within Trade & Working Capital Finance or related banking areas
Deep understanding of the Diversified Industrials sector and its working capital needs
Proven track record of delivering results in a client-facing role
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred
MBA or relevant advanced degree
