Responsibilities

Preventative Maintenance (PM)/Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively

Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures

Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes

Teamwork and Communication: Able to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization

Required

Any 2-year technical certification (TTI, ITT, Trade Cert, HVAC, etc); 3+ ASE certs or 4 years Semiconductor Technician experience (no cert, passes test) or 4 years equivalent technical Military service

Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation

Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes also required

Must have strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills

Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment

Familiar with TPM concepts

High attention to detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility

Ability to meet due dates for action items

Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs

Ability to work off-hours if necessary

Electro-mechanical aptitude, Basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity
