Responsibilities

Implementing and uplifting standard operating procedures for funds and oversight of fund administrators and fund transfer agents

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fund and client requirements are met

Assisting with risk assessment

Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Managing reputational risk through ethical judgment and adherence to policies

Supporting SEC filings and reporting control issues

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years in Investments/Alternatives operations required

Strong analytical skills with understanding of business context and financial regulations

Excellent communication skills to drive projects and support change within the team and division

Highly motivated, able to work independently, and consistently apply diligence and care

Proactive in managing priorities and fostering a culture of improvement and strong controls

Demonstrable experience working on automation and / or digitalization efforts
