Processes and tests all types of laboratory specimens
Reviews and reports lab results
Performs operational duties, maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and equipment
Acts as resource to other laboratory personnel
Additional responsibility includes: Assisting with new equipment validation and implementation; Employee training and competency assessment; Regulatory compliance responsibilities for CAP, TCJ, AABB or other agencies, quality assurance, quality control and instrument maintenance

Required

Associate's Degree/College Diploma (±13 years)
Experience in processing and testing laboratory specimens
Ability to review and report lab results
Operational duties, maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and equipment
Ability to act as a resource to other laboratory personnel
Experience in assisting with new equipment validation and implementation
Experience in employee training and competency assessment
Knowledge of regulatory compliance responsibilities for CAP, TCJ, AABB or other agencies
Experience in quality assurance and quality control
Experience in instrument maintenance
