Critical Intervention Specialist
CBEM is a leader in innovative crisis services providing holistic support for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health disorders. The Critical Intervention Specialist will support individuals in crisis through management and planning, while collaborating with various professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management
Develop a Stabilization Plan and Case Review
Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist
Participate in a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls
Participate in clinical trainings
Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings
Qualification
Required
Must hold a Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, or other related Psychological fields
Experience in the human services field required
Must have a California Driver's license in good standing and insurance
Applicants must live in close proximity to or in the catchment area (which includes the following counties (Santa Clara, Santa Cruz counties)
Preferred
Preferred experience with the Developmentally Disabled population is a bonus!
