Responsibilities
Monitors PVC extrusion operations to ensure the tool and die group is adequately supporting production
Investigates and resolves product or process problems related to tooling
Reads and properly interprets production schedules, product drawings, tooling drawings, and bills of process
Gathers and analyzes data to determine potential problems with the tooling and effectively reports findings
Identifies and develops process control improvement opportunities
Communicates effectively, which includes the ability to listen, follow instructions, identify and record problems, and make recommendations to correct discrepancies
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of industrial experience
Preferred
AWS basic welding certification
