Growth Marketing Manager
Dataworks is a Series A AI company redefining how enterprise marketing teams engage and retain customers at scale. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM and event-driven strategies across priority enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
Lead Account-Based Marketing programs targeting high-value enterprise prospects
Plan and execute roundtables, roadshows, curated dinners, webinars, and other live/virtual touchpoints
Partner closely with Sales to develop tailored messaging, cadences, and materials that generate a qualified pipeline
Own lead gen across both offline and online channels, driving conversion and deal velocity
Track, report, and optimize campaign performance โ iterate fast, double down on what works
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience driving B2B field marketing, account-based campaigns, or demand generation programs in a fast-paced growth company
Excellent cross-functional collaborator with strong project management and communication skills
Comfortable engaging senior marketing and product leaders in high-stakes conversations
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments
