Responsibilities

Participate in the execution of M&A transactions, and contribute to strategy and transaction structuring recommendations
Assist on calls with various counterparties including corporate or financial sponsor clients to strategize on M&A processes
Analyze and synthesize financial and operating information about companies and industries
Build financial and operating models to illustrate projected financial results and conduct valuation analyses
Develop marketing memoranda and participate in client meetings and presentations
Work with junior bankers and assist in their training and development

Required

Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field of study
Three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as an Associate, or a closely related occupation
Three (3) years of experience with valuation analyses
Three (3) years of experience with cross-border transactions
Three (3) years of experience with public and private M&A
Three (3) years of experience with spin-off transactions, split-off transactions, and corporate separations
Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office
Three (3) years of experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Thomson One
Three (3) years of experience with Reverse Morris Trust
Three (3) years of experience with SPAC transactions
Three (3) years of experience with Restructuring
Three (3) years of experience with IPOs
