Responsibilities
Accurately receive and process customer orders in a timely manner which are submitted via calls, emails, order boxes and texts
Provide the highest level of service to our customers. Ensure that customers receive answers to their questions in a timely manner and that all issues result in positive resolution and outcome
During live calls, engage the customer using suggestive selling with the goal of increasing the order size
Maintain productivity, accuracy, and other team performance metrics
Maintain minimum accuracy of 99%
Maintain minimum productivity of 75 lines per hour
Be able to provide details of communication between customer and CSR and alert the Sales Representative as needed when new items are being requested or issues are happening at the account
Additional projects or tasks may be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or higher degree required
Minimum one year experience in a high-volume customer service department environment
Knowledge of produce and other food products and the motivation to continually learn on the job
Ability to work in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment
Self-motivated, professional ability to multitask, and work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain a team atmosphere
Excellent customer focus and customer service skills
