Exceptional drawing and graphic skills
Working knowledge of NYC Department of Buildings procedure
Well organized and able to interact with clients
Prospective applicants should be self-motivated, well rounded, and capable of multi-tasking across projects with minimal supervision

Organized, dependable, detail oriented and has the ability to multi-task between different projects

C.A.D. drafting experience

A minimum of 1–2-year(s) work experience in architectural office setting or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree is recommended
Preferred
Access to a form of transportation
Type II Filing Representative license with the DOB (if not must be willing to acquire license)
Fluent with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, 3d Max, Revit, Google Sketchup or some version of computer aided rendering, All Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, etc)
Construction field background
Ability to site survey
Well-spoken with clear and effective writing skills
Hand drafting origins and training
