Responsibilities

Provide technical support, upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting for the Atlassian suite and Spotfire

Manage, configure, and customize Atlassian tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This includes customizing workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards to meet the specific needs of various teams

Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability

Evaluate, test, and implement open-source tools and frameworks that complement analytics, dashboards, and data-driven solutions. Identify opportunities to replace commercial tools with open alternatives where appropriate

Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions that improve productivity and collaboration

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve systems and processes

Qualification

DevOpsServer ManagementAtlassian ToolsOpen Source TechnologyTroubleshooting SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

3+ years experience in dev ops

2+ years experience server management

DevOps (Git, CI/CD); Observability (Grafana, Loki)

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users
