Designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that optimize processes, minimize manual work, and enhance operational efficiency across global IT and business functions

Collaborates closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities

Convert business requirements into technical solutions

Oversee governance and maintenance of automation platforms such as Power Platform, K2, DocuSign

Required

Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles

Preferred

Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (desired)
