Collaborate with architecture, structural, MEP, and construction teams
Solve challenges across utilities, grading, drainage, and infrastructure
Mentor and guide younger designers/engineers
Influence design approaches and client outcomes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of site civil design experience
Licensed Civil Engineer
Strong technical expertise in site development
Experience with utilities, grading, and stormwater management
Preferred
Experience in mentoring and leadership roles
Familiarity with diverse client projects nationwide
Active affiliation with professional service organizations
