Head of Campaign Management (FTC)
Kyra is an AI-powered, full-service influencer marketing agency leading the future of creator marketing. They are seeking a Head of Campaign Management to lead high-impact influencer marketing campaigns, manage enterprise clients, and drive operational excellence during a maternity cover period.
Responsibilities
Own delivery of integrated influencer campaigns from brief to wrap
Turn strategic direction into clear plans, deliverables and timelines
Oversee creative, casting, content production and approval workflows
Act as a senior partner to US brand and marketing teams
Present insights, reporting and strategic recommendations with clarity
Build trusted relationships quickly and maintain impeccable client service
Manage budgets, scopes, deliverables and resource planning
Collaborate closely with Paid, Insights and Talent teams to optimise performance
Implement consistent, efficient processes across campaign execution
Manage and coach Campaign Managers and Campaign Executives
Set standards for communication, productivity and quality
Foster a culture of calm leadership, speed, ownership and problem-solving
Qualification
Required
6+ years' experience delivering large-scale influencer or social campaigns
Experience working with enterprise clients and in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders
Ability to thrive in rapid-growth, high-performance teams
Deep understanding of the US creator ecosystem
Structured, calm under pressure, commercially savvy and solutions-driven
Ability to step into an established remit and maintain continuity from day one
