Responsibilities

Lead delivery of large, multi-team initiatives ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals are consistently met

Provide transparent, timely updates on progress, risks, and mitigations to executives and clients

Serve as the delivery authority in discussions involving system architecture, data flow, integrations, and product impacts

Forecast and track financial performance, ensuring alignment between planned vs. actual costs, resource allocation, and profitability targets

Coach and develop TPMs, fostering strong delivery discipline and leadership capability within the team

Drive process enhancements across estimation, scheduling, and delivery to optimize predictability, quality, and risk management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

8+ years of technical project or program management, including 4+ years leading client-facing software delivery

Proven success managing large, cross-functional software delivery programs

Strong financial management skills, including forecasting, variance tracking, and budget control

Deep knowledge of backlog management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and dependency resolution

Skilled in governance processes such as ARB and SDLC

Proficiency with tools including Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, and other project management platforms

Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and executive audiences

Demonstrated success in influencing and aligning stakeholders across business and engineering functions

Experience mentoring and developing junior project managers

High sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in driving project outcomes

Technical fluency in system architecture, integrations, and data dependencies—able to credibly represent delivery in client and executive settings
