Responsibilities
Analyze data from MRAM process steps and electrical test results at both wafer and packaged-chip levels
Propose design and process experiments based on data-driven insights
Collaborate with foundry partners to drive continuous process improvements and maximize yield
Troubleshoot and debug process drifts, identifying root causes and corrective actions
Support new product introduction activities and general engineering tasks as assigned
Contribute to documentation, reporting, and cross-team communication to ensure smooth development flow
Qualification
Required
Recent, relevant experience in magnetic or spintronics devices, with strong understanding of underlying physics
General knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including lithography, deposition (metal/dielectric), metrology, etch/patterning, annealing, and metallization
Strong programming and data-analysis skills; proficiency in C and Python
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of achievement in academic or industry environments
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with circuit design is a plus
