Responsibilities

Aligns sales and support strategies with overall business objectives

Lead and manage the sales pipeline enablement team, including task assignment, time-off coverage, and issue escalation

Continuously optimize sales support workflows for efficiency and quality

Handle complex user issues and serve as point of escalation for D365 support

Contribute to Templafy content governance, curation, and user support

Communicate regularly with the Markets Operations Executive to ensure seamless integration of sales processes

Continuously optimize sales support workflows for efficiency and quality

Oversee sales reporting, including weekly pipeline/closed reports, Power BI dashboards, and sales goal tracking

Lead, in collaboration Market Platform Operations Lead, and support additional sales enablement initiatives, such as Account Leadership, as needed
