Set global go-to-market strategy across consulting, managed services, and technology solutions
Oversee senior business development leaders across Tech Services, Operations, CAT Modeling, Strategic Alliances (Duck Creek, Guidewire), and Demand Generation
Build C-suite relationships with insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, and brokers
Drive cross-functional alignment and ecosystem-led growth
Represent the firm at strategic client conversations and industry forums
Qualification
Required
20+ years P&L leadership in P&C insurance services, technology, or consulting
Proven success building revenue-generating teams and securing large contracts
Deep P&C insurance business model expertise
Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management
