Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts and designs
Oversee all visual aspects of projects, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines
Provide guidance and direction to designers and other team members
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques
Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensure consistency and quality
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets for various marketing channels
Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring files and assets are properly organized and accessible to team members
Stay updated on industry trends and creative innovations, sharing knowledge with the team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
2-3 years of proven experience working as an Art Director or in a similar role
Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of current design and artistic trends
Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
A portfolio showcasing previous design work
