Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong field experience with associated trades and hands-on understanding of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems
Understand control system design and system interfaces, including safety and process impacts
Enforce safety, quality, and QMS requirements across field activities and subcontractors
Manage subcontractor scope, execution, and quality standards
Communicate proactively and professionally with customers, trade partners, and internal teams
Support installation, commissioning, and documentation review as needed
Accurately plan, forecast, and execute project tasks, including scope development and change management
Promote a collaborative, accountable team environment
Provide steady, effective leadership during high-pressure or uncertain conditions
Make sound decisions, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust scope or pricing as required
Operate with accountability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to project and team success
Direct and oversee multiple managers, including electrical installation, commissioning, project administration, and safety

Required

Bachelor of Science; Engineering or other pertinent curriculum combined with relevant technical experience
Typically, 10+ years total experience with at least 5+ years as a project manager
Position requires project management construction of a data center and will work onsite in Port Washington, WI
Proven Track Record: 2+ year as previous level
