Responsibilities
In collaboration with Research Science teams, drive end-to-end product vision and strategy for AI-powered recruitment solutions that serve millions of candidates and thousands of recruiters worldwide
Pioneer revolutionary interview technologies utilizing GenAI, advanced transcription analytics, and predictive quality-of-hire frameworks
Partner with Research Scientists and Data Scientists to develop and implement ML models that enhance candidate evaluation accuracy and efficiency
Architect scalable, data-driven solutions that transform traditional hiring practices into intelligent, automated workflows
Lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative features that significantly improve both candidate experience and recruiter productivity
Define and execute experimentation strategies to continuously optimize hiring processes and outcomes
Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and compelling product narratives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Preferred
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
