Responsibilities
Gather and analyze financial documents for residential loan application files
Analyze credit reports to validate debt to income ratio
Update, organize, and clear all loan conditions
Create a loan summary to submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting
Review appraisals and title commitments for accuracy
Obtain property title commitment, survey, appraisal, flood certification, homeowners’ insurance, and PMI
Collaborate with MLO's and underwriting to resolve any complications
Provide support and guidance to borrowers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to four years of similar or related experience
Exceptional customer service skills required
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
